Delivery

Every order is prepared with care and dispatched via secure, trackable services. Your jewellery is packaged discreetly and delivered with the level of protection appropriate for fine jewellery.

What to expect:

• Fully tracked delivery, with updates shared as your order moves through each stage.
• Discreet, protective packaging designed for safe transit and privacy.
• Signature on delivery for added security (where available).
• If you are ordering from outside the UK, we will advise on delivery options and any import duties or local taxes that may apply.

If you need delivery by a specific date, or would like to discuss alternative arrangements (for example, workplace delivery or timed delivery where available), please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering online. If something is not quite right, we’ll guide you through the next steps promptly.

Important notes:

• As many Rafayel Diamonds pieces are made to order, returns may not be available for bespoke or personalised items (for example, custom designs, engraved jewellery, or items made to a specific ring size).
• Your statutory rights are not affected. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy.
• Where a cancellation right applies to your order, items must be returned unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and documentation included.

How refunds are handled:

• Once a return is received, it will be inspected to confirm condition and eligibility.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the return is accepted.
• For security, we recommend returning items using a fully insured, trackable service. We can advise on the safest method for your location.
