Jewellery Insurance

Fine jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed, but accidents can happen. We strongly recommend insuring your piece against loss, theft and accidental damage.

We can support you with:

• Documentation suitable for insurance purposes, including your diamond certificate details (IGI as standard, with GIA available as a paid option) and purchase information.
• Guidance on what your insurer may require, and how to keep your documentation secure.
• If you would like an insurance valuation, we can advise on the best route depending on your insurer’s requirements.

Lifetime care package

Jewellery lasts longest when it is cared for regularly. Our lifetime care package is designed for customers who want ongoing support to keep their piece looking its best and wearing safely.

Typical care services may include (subject to eligibility and assessment):

• Professional cleaning and polishing (where appropriate for your metal and setting).
• Setting checks to help ensure stones remain secure.
• Minor adjustments and recommendations to maintain comfort and wearability.
• Re-plating for eligible white gold pieces (where appropriate).

What to expect:

• We will confirm what is included for your specific piece at the time you purchase the package.
• Some services may be limited by design constraints, gemstone type, or the extent of wear.
• Major repairs, remakes, or replacement stones are not typically included, but we will always quote clearly before any chargeable work.
