Your jewellery is made to high standards, and we stand behind our craftsmanship. Our lifetime manufacturing guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What it covers:

• Manufacturing defects related to workmanship or materials.
• Issues identified as a result of an inherent fault in the piece (confirmed by assessment).

What it does not cover:

• General wear and tear over time (for example, scratches, surface dulling, natural patina, or minor knocks).
• Accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations.
• Loss of stones due to impact, snagging, or heavy wear (insurance is strongly recommended).

If you ever have a concern, contact us as soon as possible. We will advise on assessment and the most appropriate remedy (repair, remake or other solution depending on the situation).
