Free Worldwide Delivery

Enjoy complimentary, fully insured delivery on every Rafayel order. All parcels require a signature on receipt and are covered by insurance until signed for.

When will I receive my order?

Rafayel pieces are crafted to order.

• Ready-to-ship pieces: usually dispatch within 1–3 working days.
• Made-to-order pieces: typically 3–5 working weeks.
• Bespoke commissions: typically 3–5 working weeks.
  Once your piece is ready to leave our atelier, we’ll email your tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

UK delivery service

We ship with Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express (depending on value and destination). Delivery is next working day after dispatch to most UK postcodes. A signature is required. If no one is available, the courier will leave a calling card and take your parcel to a local collection point.

Can I get my order sooner?

On a deadline? Tell us your date. We’ll confirm what’s possible, offer priority workshop scheduling where available, or suggest ready-to-ship options.

Packaging

Every order arrives in discreet outer packaging with no jewellery terms on the label. Inside, you’ll find Rafayel presentation packaging suitable for gifting. Valuation and pricing details are sent by email.

Tracking & insurance

Your tracking link is emailed on dispatch. All shipments are fully insured until signed for at the delivery address.

International delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

• Duties & taxes: Local import charges are the customer’s responsibility (we’ll provide HS codes if you need them).
• Timing: Usually 2–6 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.
  Some destinations may require additional ID for customs clearance.

Where is my order?

If you haven’t received a tracking email within the indicative lead times above, please reply to your order confirmation or contact info@rafayeldiamonds.co.uk and we’ll update you.

Missed deliveries

If you miss your delivery, use the courier’s card or your tracking link to re-arrange delivery or collect from the designated location with ID.

PO Boxes & safe places

For security and insurance reasons, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or leave parcels in safe places without a signature.
